In 2008, Kink hosted the 12th annual Leather Leadership Conference (LLC). Originally started in New York, the LLC had not been held in San Francisco since 1999 and a lot had changed in the city’s kink scene. This conference offered everything community leaders needed to know to lead a successful kinky organization. With a bountiful selection of workshops on the agenda, participants were able to learn about philanthropy, community organizing, managing volunteers, and much more!
