Interview with Goddess Lilith
When did you start living the BDSM lifestyle and what were some of your earliest kinks?
I was unknowingly living it in my teens. I had this inexplicable urge to put my first boyfriend on a leash and collar and parade him around the mall like a puppy. I relished in how embarrassed he was while others gasped, pointed, stared, and laughed. I couldn’t really explain at the time why I enjoyed it so much, but it gave me such a sadistic, devious thrill, both to embarrass him and to shock all of the “normies”. Things like this are becoming so much more common nowadays, but back then in the early 90s, you would never, ever see anything like that in public. It did not go over well with security – they booted us out! I didn’t think we were doing anything that wrong, but we must have offended too many people. Public humiliation and exhibitionism were apparently some of My very first kinks, and still some of My favorites, to this day!
You’re from Boston originally and opened up your first dungeon there. What was the scene like in Boston and what was that first dungeon like?
I didn’t think much of the scene in Boston at the time, as it was pretty small and unfulfilling, but after traveling to many other cities over the years, it’s definitely more active than in some places. Additionally, there are people from all around the New England area who tend to congregate at Boston events, so we get people from neighboring states as well.
I really loved my first Dungeon, located on the aptly named Mystic Valley Parkway – in an amazing location, right off the highway. I was living with a few roommates, and we were all in college. Shortly after moving in, I noticed that the completely amazing attic space attached to our apartment within the 2-family home was not being used. I asked if anyone minded if I took over that space and made it my domain. My roommates barely raised an eyebrow, so I very quickly took to recruiting several slaves to clear out all of the junk, and completely clean the space over the course of just one day. After that, I put out a call for a construction subby and got a few eager volunteers right away. One, in particular, got my attention, and he came over and built a few custom pieces of furniture for me – my favorite being the slave cage that was built right into the beams of the ceiling! It followed the natural slant of the attic roof, and so progressively got smaller as it lengthened. It was a very tight little confined space that I allowed many a lucky subby to spend a night in.
I loved my first Dungeon so much, and a great many fun, very deviant activities took place there, including some of my first kinky sex and BDSM tapes. I also hosted several small play party events there. Business was very steady and even better, I always felt more than safe and comfortable while working. In addition to my screening processes, at least one of my roommates was always home downstairs, and I made that clear to clients before they walked in the door. I’m happy to say I never had any scares or negative experiences as a baby Domme! I still reminisce about this space all the time – out of all the play spaces I’ve had over the years, this one was My favorite. I guess that saying comes to mind – There’s just something about your first.
So you started collecting “minions” to do your bidding in your very first playspace and now you have “minions” all over the world! We know you travel quite a bit. In your experience, what country would you say has the best slaves, pay pigs, and minions?
I’ve gotta say, hands down, my favorite kinky fuckers are in the UK. Kink is so prevalent out there it’s fairly normalized compared to the USA and many other parts of the world. There’s just something different about their society. I’ve noticed that anyone I meet from the UK is inherently more open and laid back than the average American I meet. Whenever I’m camming or chatting with a new fan online and they tell me that they’re from the UK, I instantly smile and know that I’m going to have a good time with this person.
Being in the professional entertainment industry, especially within the genre of music, I’ve traveled extensively around the country and the world. I enjoy being served wherever I go, and I love knowing that all I have to do is put out the call, and eager slaves present themselves at My (or sometimes My partner and I’s) feet.
What is your favorite kink and BDSM-friendly city and why? Have you experienced any places especially nonfriendly for kink and BDSM?
Definitely London – second runner-up, probably Los Angeles. There are more non-kink-friendly cities than not, unfortunately. I was incredibly disappointed and dismayed after choosing Las Vegas as a second home, getting settled into the scene there, and discovering that it is extremely small, and particularly pathetic in the department of lifestyle slaves. On the professional side, not one Pro I know living in Vegas is able to make a living on sessions alone. There just aren’t enough clients and many of them are fly-bys, visiting from other states or countries. There are simply too many distractions in Vegas plaguing both visitors and residents – namely gambling, prostitution, and drugs. All of these things are highly addicting and distracting for some people, and unfortunately, it is simply too much to compete with. I’m still looking for a local sub in Las Vegas, that isn’t flying out from some other state to serve Me!
You are on tour! Which lucky cities are you visiting and what is your tour all about?
It’s been a blur at this point. I’ve done tons of shows with Sorrowseed already this year, and the year is only half over. Sorrowseed is the heavy metal band I’ve been fronting for over 10 years. I have to say some of our favorite tour stops have been Vancouver, Portland, and Tampa. Amazing, energetic crowds in all of them. And of course, it’s always great to play home in Providence, Boston, and Manchester. Our favorite venues in New England are Dusk in Providence, and Ralph’s Diner in Worcester. I don’t think we’ve ever had a bad night at either of these venues in all the many times we’ve performed there. Dusk in particular will always have a special place in my heart because the owner Rick, and the manager Danielle, are two of the most incredible sweethearts I’ve ever encountered in the scene. Many club owners and promoters are shady as all hell, and we’ve certainly dealt with our share of them, so we are extra grateful to the crew at Dusk for being so amazing, honest, and simply wonderful to work with.
Sorrowseed has one more scheduled show out in Vegas at the end of the summer (August 29, 2023) and then we will be taking a much-needed break to start working on our 4th album!
Between tramplings, you make time to participate in events and speak on panels in the community. Can you tell us about your recent panel discussion at Xbiz Miami?
Yes! It’s always such an incredible honor to speak at XBiz. It is the industry event that I truly love the most, and one that I feel is important for any industry professional to attend. The panel was called “Camming Means Connecting” and it was focused on how to develop meaningful relationships with your fans. This is such an important subject and one that is often overlooked or simply not understood by new cam models. It really meant a lot to me to be able to share some of my wisdom with all of the fresh new faces and minds that are emerging onto the webcam scene.
How long have you been caming and how can fans cam with you?
I’ve been camming since before streaming existed! It was the late 1990s, and webcam technology was brand new and incredibly obscure. I had just gotten into modeling at the time, and I had seen a web article about a site called “AnaCam”, featuring Ana Voog. Ana had a 24/7 cam feed set up in her house, and for some reason, this immediately resonated with me. I guess it was the budding exhibitionist in me. I immediately went out and bought a webcam and set up my own little 24/7 cam via a site I built on Geocities. I called it “A Cam Star” and bought the domain ACamStar.com (Which is still up, in case any of my old fans try to find Me!) There was no support for sound back then, and instead of streaming, it was a static HTML page that refreshed every 20 seconds. I had to communicate using captions on the images! I had thousands of viewers every day and they were all fascinated to look in on my life and what I was doing – even if I was only sleeping!
A couple of years later, when adult camming started catching on as a profitable genre, I joined one of the very first adult webcam portals, Camwhores.com. I don’t remember how I found it, but it must have been fate because it was such an important part of my path. There were under 100 models on the site, and as such it was a very tight-knit community. They chose me to perform the very first featured show on their site. They paid me $200, which at the time felt like such a huge amount of money, and left me feeling on top of the world as their first feature performer.
Shortly after that, I moved into my own place and decided to set up my own members subscription site, invest in 3 more cameras, and start one of the very first 24/7 voyeur cam houses. It was a fun thing to explain to anyone I was dating. Most of them didn’t seem to mind that the world could see us getting freaky. Only one or two of them were shy enough to request we play off-camera. By then, I was using IRC as a chat room for anyone watching, and I had quite a lot of regulars – some of whom still write to me randomly after stumbling across me on Twitch or something! It was a very lovely time in the history of the internet as well, because viewers were so polite back then, and trolls really were not much of a thing. Seeing anyone get harrassed was rare, and fans were happy to see whatever the model wanted to share with them, instead of making demands and having tons of expectations. Currently, my fans can find me camming regularly on Streamate with Kink at https://getkinky.com/cam/RealGoddessLilith.
What takes up most of your time right now? Camming? Traveling? Modeling? And what is your favorite thing to do out of all of them?
Honestly, I’d say it’s a pretty even balance of all of those things, plus music! I really enjoy all of them, but my favorite is definitely traveling. I’m incredibly fortunate to be in a place in my life where I can travel, and not a day goes by that I’m not grateful for it. No matter where I am in the world, I’m always sharing my life with the world, camming from exotic and fun places, and making content.
You also coach people in the biz. How can people reach out to you for coaching?
Yes, check out my Twitter account for more info. I also run a private Discord server for content creators for anyone that has ever gotten any coaching from me, purchased one of my products, or signed up to any fan or clip site using my referral links. I get a lot of new creators, aspiring models, and Dommes that need advice, and I’ve been kicking around the idea of making a creators-only Patreon with educational courses – stay tuned!
When you take a break from being a professional Evil King, what do you do for fun in your free time?
I love being outdoors; it’s very balancing and essential for mental health! I love a good hike or swim. I also enjoy trying new, healthy places to eat. Seeing the world, of course. I enjoy live music and festivals whenever possible. Band practice is always therapeutic for me even though it is definitely work that requires discipline. I like planning my own events and thinking about new things I want to try with my business. Beyond that, I just love spending time with my loved ones. My hubby is my rock, and I love to relax with him and our animals. I also have many witchy friends I love to vibe out with and do rituals with. My spiritual and magical practices are very important to me.
You’ve mentioned that you sing and game on your Twitter. Fans will definitely want to know your favorite song to sing and your favorite video game!
I’m pretty well known for being an EverQuest freak – I’ve played EQ since all the way back during My days on Camwhores. I would frequently just pop onto the CW chat and start posting pictures of my screen while venturing into Norrath on my cam feed. I was very proud of my high-end dark elf wizard, who was in one of the top guilds server-wide. To say I was obsessed was an understatement. These days, I don’t have time to be addicted to any video game, so I play EQ less these days and often stick to something less immersive. Lately, I’ve been playing Katamari!
It’s hard to pick a favorite song, but at the moment it’s “Hate Me,” by Children of Bodom. Sorrowseed just started covering this song live – hopefully one day we’ll do a recorded version of that or another Bodom song!
Where can fans get in touch with you and get updates on your current projects?
Come and find Me! I love chatting with kinky people from around the world, and of course, I am always looking for new slaves and admirers who want to serve and spoil Me. Fans can find me camming on GetKinky at https://getkinky.com/cam/RealGoddessLilith and on Twitter.
