Today we have a bonus update. It's a fun, campy excerpt of stretching and exercises we have our wrestlers do before each match edited and stylized to music for your entertainment. Your host today is the lovely, Wenona. She's fit, flexible and knows how to work it. She does a real -time work out for us. This is the ultimate Surrender challenge. She does as many sets as she can within a 8 minute time frame. Why 8 minutes? Well, That's just 1 round for ultimate surrender. If you can't complete 1 round of this real time challenge then you wont' be able to handle 1 round of U/S. One set consists of 50 crunches 10 burpee and 20 pushups. Can you beat Wenona? Give it a try!
