Art

- Art Assistant

Kink.com is currently seeking an experienced Art Assistant to work in the Art Department. This position reports to the Director, Arts.


JOB OBJECTIVE:

The Art Assistant reports directly to the Director, Arts and is responsible for the daily maintenance, organization and delivery onto and off set of all requested props, set dressing and soft goods. The Art Assistant takes assignment and direction from the Director, Arts and Director/Producer as to the final look and feel of each shooting environment. The Art Assistant will also be required to assist the shop crew with the construction, fabrication and dismantling of custom sets, props and equipment as needed. The Art Assistant will also be assigned general shop maintenance and shop helper duties.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Allocate all requested props to each set daily.
• Assists with the set dressing and functionality of all existing sets.
• Provides the on set production crew with the delivery, set up, break down and recovery of all requested props and set dressing.
• Helps maintain the organization and cleanliness of the prop storage area.
• Assists with the repair and maintenance of props and gear as needed.
• Helps maintain the inventory of all shop materials and supplies.
• Assists with the construction and fabrication of custom sets, props and gear.
• Performs general shop maintenance duties.
• Handles driving, pick-up and delivery assignments for the Art Department.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2-3 years in job related experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the film industry preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• High level of enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must have a methodical approach to work.
• Good interpersonal and people skills.
• Ability to see the broad picture and to communicate effectively.
• Ability to be an effective team member.
• Broad knowledge of general shop materials and related hardware.
• Strong knowledge of related shop safety policies & procedures.
• Knowledge of basic metalworking techniques is preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid CA Driver’s License.

JOB OBJECTIVE:
On a paid by commission basis Recruit/Refer Local Models and increase Kink.com local model network.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Attend local fetish parties, bars, stripclubs, and other events where potential talent will be present.
• Introduce Kink.com sites to likely candidates and provide with necessary referral information
• Provide detailed recruitment log outlining venue attended, time spent, and number of contacts made

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:

• Fetish Modeling experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in either promoting or recruiting
• Familiarity with BDSM and alternative sexual lifestyles

• Exceptionally outgoing
